In the app (immediate)

1. Open ChipTrail.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm.

Your account and all your backups are deleted right away.

Without the app

Send an email to support@chiptrail.app from the email address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my ChipTrail account. If you used Sign in with Apple with a hidden email, write from any address and include the date you created the account; I will confirm ownership before deleting. Requests are completed within 30 days, and you will receive a confirmation.

What is deleted

• Your account (email address and account ID).
• All backups stored for your account.

What is not deleted

• Data stored on your phone. Delete the app to remove it.
• Anonymous crash reports, which contain no account information.

I keep nothing after deletion. Security logs kept by my hosting provider, which may include IP addresses, expire on the provider's own schedule.

不透過 App 刪除

請用你登入時使用的電子郵件地址寄信到 support@chiptrail.app，主旨為 Delete my ChipTrail account。如果你使用「透過 Apple 登入」並隱藏了電子郵件，可用任何地址來信並註明建立帳號的日期，我會在確認帳號歸屬後刪除。申請會在 30 天內完成，並寄送確認通知給你。

會刪除的資料

• 你的帳號（電子郵件地址與帳號 ID）。
• 你帳號下儲存的所有備份。

不會刪除的資料

• 存放在你手機上的資料。刪除 App 即可移除。
• 不含任何帳號資訊的匿名當機報告。

刪除後我不會保留任何資料。主機服務商為安全目的保存的紀錄（可能包含 IP 位址）會依其自身期限自動刪除。
